A. Water Resources

For water resources, tap water is the main source of water, and groundwater is the supplementary. Due to the industrial characteristics, it depends on stable water resources. This makes water resources one of the important keys to the continued operation of ACCL. At present, there are significant differences in rainfall in the Taiwan area, and there are doubts about abundant water periods and dry periods. However, due to the risk of water shortage caused by extreme phenomena of climate change, ACCL monitors and manages process water consumption in normal times. Reduce the amount of approved tap water by 7% to reduce environmental load.

B. Water Pollution Prevention

The PCB manufacturing process uses a variety of chemicals with different ingredients, and waste water of various natures is generated during the manufacturing process. According to the characteristics of the process wastewater, ACCL will treat it with chemical adjustment, coagulation, neutralization, precipitation, sand filter, activated carbon filter, etc. After the wastewater is treated to reach the wastewater discharge standard concentration, it will be discharged.

C. Green Energy

In recent years, the climate around the world has been abnormal, the greenhouse effect has intensified, and coal mines have limited reserves. Solar energy is an inexhaustible energy source. Therefore, ACCL understands that the awareness of green energy is rising and it will not produce any derivative pollution.

ACCL has accumulated 616,484.5 degrees of electricity generated by solar panels in 2021.
