● New Staff Training
The company attaches great importance to the training of new recruits. In addition to basic training related to entry, in order to diversify the training methods, e-SOP digital courses have been introduced in related basic professional courses such as manufacturing, so that new recruits can use the work tablet to scan at any time. ● Annual On-the-job Training
Every year, according to the annual goal, problem solving, future development and the functional gap of the unit personnel, the training needs survey will be conducted, and the training will be compiled into the annual education and training plan of Bozhi, and then divided into internal training or external training according to the training needs, except for the internal training.
